GBGBAmazing location and hut really feels bigger than it looks but still so cosy and the surroundings are silent! Long dirt track to property really makes you feel like you’re secluded. Cake on arrival is a lovely touch also and the wood burning hot tub was novel and very effective! Plus log burner kept the lodge perfectly heated.
Not being able to dim the lights or have lamps for the evening was a downside, it felt a bit laboratory under the constant bright lights and not very calming before bed. Then on the opposite more lighting outside for the hot tub area would make it feel a lot safer in the dark - I wish I was prepared before booking for how unlit it would be.

Couldn't keep the fire alight to warm the hot tub up (October time) as it was windy and raining. So Couldn't use the hot tub. Wasnt alowed there till 4pm then had to be out by 10am. There is no oven only a hob and microwave. But the place its self is lovely
GBThe location is good its very clean and very comfortable i would definitely come again and fish the lake as i could hear some big carp jumping put of the water

GBGorgeous location, beautiful woods, saw many deer and some owls. Lovely and quiet. Comfortable bed, compact and everything we needed for our weekend.
Bit difficult to find went to Watersedge park, but lady explained where to find lodge. Then found message on site saying where to find us. Got the log burner going to start the hot tub, but we couldn’t get any lights, nor bubbles to get the hot tub going so was very disappointing. Sent a message to owner, but they did not respond. Also it didn’t appear that we could lock and secure the property, a key was left in key safe but was pointless as you could still open the door when locked.
