Good hotel , good location and kind and friendly staff

Room was spacious and in tip top condition

No hotel dining, room service delays. Same in room breakfast menu daily

Average Breakfast, however lot of food options available at the food court below

Nice large room with Dal lake view and modern amenities. Comfortable ambience overall and great location for local sightseeing.

Breakfast options could be better as they offered it day wise.

Location and hotel staff specially room attendants and reception staff were also helpful and responsive.

Overall hotel location and customer service are excellent but Cleanliness should be top most priority.

I would kike to Thank Alia and her staff for helping us out during the entire soan of my stay. I was travelling with my mother and with a broken had and Alia and her staff made sure we have do not have to worry about any chores and also helped us with a cab with an Amazing driver. The hotel is at the perfect location right in front of the Dal lake and theres a super neat and clean food court right beneath the hotel.

The property is comfortably located near the Dal lake gate 11. The rooms were spacious and hygienic. The staff was very friendly and courteous.
