"Homey feel apartment in La Spezia"

Where do I start? The house was at a great location close to the train station, walking distance to restaurants, supermarket (coop) and the marina. The apartment is so cozy, it felt like we were home. They had so many personal touches from the ocean decor to the things one might need daily. Gabriella greeted us at check in and recommended tours, restaurants and gave us tips for a better stay. She was very welcoming. We felt safe there at all times. We would definitely come back! Everything is nice. The location is very near the station, the apartment clean, neat, tidy, and everything is made ready for us. The owner is also very nice as and welcoming. They gives all recommendation and what to see around La Spezia. Very recommended.

"Newly renovated spacious apartment for family stay near train station"

Newly renovated apartment. Spacious room. location is very near train station. Well equipped kitchen. Suitable for family stay or group stay. Host is very responsive to messages.

Nothing bad about the apartment. Only issues is finding free parking around this area is a challenge. Luckily the host is able to send me some parking location in advance which I can park my car and took 8-10 minutes walk back to the apartment.

"Amazing place - ideally placed for the train station"

The apartment is excellent, it has everything you need to make your stay nice and comfortable. It has AC in both bedrooms and the living space as well, the units are the quietest I’ve ever used. It is literally around the corner from the train station and around a 10 minute stroll to the towns shopping street. If you fancy it, it’s around 30-40 minute stroll down to the harbour depending on your speed of walking. The beds are comfortable, one large king sized bed and two single beds, the living space has an additional pull down bed. The shower is really good with lots of space inside, the whole bathroom looks like it is brand new. The welcome you receive is fantastic, I would highly recommend a stay here!

One small thing, we couldn’t find was a wooden spoon for cooking dinner.
