Very clean & comfort. Easy access for parking & lift. No need access card, all using QR code with the phone. Nearby to restaurant, IKEA, Groceries, mosque & etc. Wifi & Netflix available with 55inch android TV.

Just no water dispenser. At least maybe can install ambient drinking water filter e.g. Panasonic TK-CS200.
