Beachfront tropical oasis, heated pool, ocean view #33

Great location close to everything. There were plenty of clean and fresh smelling towels. Water pressure was great, Beds were comfortable and blankets were easily accessible, as the weather was is the 50's for quite a few days and evenings were chilly as well. Heat worked great! . Kitchen had plenty of pans, utensils, bowls cups and plates. Refrigerator and coffee maker was clean as a whistle. There was even some spices and a lot of coffee filter in the cabinetry.. The grounds were neat and well kept. The pool was clean and had plenty of chairs. The condo pictures and description were accurate.(That always isn't the case.). Beach was clean and groomed daily during our stay..Our neighbors were quiet, so we slept well.

It's the detailed things that I didn't like. We arrived later than we anticipated and the cemented parking area was full. The signage wasn't clear as it said Plum Coco Beach Club and not Plum Coco Beach Condo as the ad on booking.com stated. We ended up parking on the hard sandy area next to trash in front of tennis court hoping that was okay. The map sent through email was a bit confusing. We knew we had a 2nd floor unit, but Map made it appear as another building, so of course we went to the building to the left which had 4 floors and the numbers didn't match..I did text Kevin our dilemma,.as office was closed understandably. We did find the Condo about 5 minutes so I let him know we were in. After settling in we wanted to watch TV check out local news etc... TV wasn't hooked up to the internet. Texted Kevin and he said internet was out and should be fixed by Monday. Would have appreciated a heads up about this.. The instruction for internet etc... wasn't in plain site like the kitchen counter or the table. We did find it the next day in a drawer when we were making lunch. So we plugged the password in and we had a TV. Was never able to us the main bedroom TV as it was stuck on fox news. It wouldn't allow me change stations or scroll to access apps that I had subscriptions to so I gave up on that. The laundry area was a bit tight space wise and was a bit rough looking. The coin operating washers use was unclear. I asked for assistance and problem solved. Would have appreciated time washers and dryers took to run. Also, someone took my clothes from the washer and put them in the dry. The other load in washer they rewashed for some reason. Good thing things they dried all could be dried or I really wouldn't have been happy. I felt i owed someone some money for drying my clothes, so I went to the office to inquire. Kevin told me it was probably just the cleaning ladies and not to worry about it.
