Nothing good to write about the poperty. Not clean (cockroach), loose hairs on floor and bathroom floor, leaks bathroom, no locks bathroom, slow responds from manager, irresponsive from cleaners,does not provide amenities as advertised, awful parking, long winded drive to the property etc etc

Very dirty, water dripping from leak ceiling from upper bathroom, bathroom doors cannot lock, faulty tap, lights not working, no parking, no view, cramp units of the block, no ventilation at common corridor, slow response and irresponsible cleaner, narrow and winding road to the apartment block. Ironically on top of the fees paid, they still request RM100 deposit IN CASE the tenant broke anything. Well, some of the things HAS ALREADY BROKEN. I shared the photos to the Manager when I came in.
