I stayed here for two days, and it became a truly unforgettable experience. From the very beginning, I felt genuinely welcomed. Yasmine, the receptionist, is without a doubt the best I have ever met. Her kindness, warmth, and dedication made me feel at home. She always went the extra mile, not because she had to, but because she truly cares. As someone who runs a hostel in Japan, I was deeply inspired and learned so much just by observing her. Thank you, Yasmine, from the bottom of my heart. You made my stay special in a way I will never forget. The facilities and location were also excellent, which made everything even more comfortable. But more than anything, it was the people—especially Yasmine—that made this place stand out. If I ever return to Almaty, there is no question—I will stay here again. 公共活动空间挺大

进门之后其实空间还蛮大的，客厅和开放式厨房完全满足日常需要。 24小时前台也好评（因为我是00:30）左右办理入住的，非常感恩！ 我记得是个八人间吧，都有各自的充电接口，网速也快，有遮光帷幕然后灯光也不会相互影响！

门头不好找，最后居然是当地两个小伙子帮我一块儿才发现了黑乎乎的O2几个字！ 在此我强烈建议老板做个灯箱吧，发光字体也行啊，不然谁站店门口都是一脸糊涂！
