"Agradable i tranquil•la."

-La situació davant de la platja. -La reforma de l’apartament. -Bona situació respecte a bars, restaurants, el centre de les botigues…. per poder anar caminant.

-El pingüino no refreda gaire l’apartament. -La banyera i el lavabo rebufen i fan mala olor. -Els ascensors i edifici molt vell. -Haber de pujar una planta a peu amb tot l’equipatge. -Que no hi hagi coses bàsiques a l’apartament com: oli, sucre, paper de cuina, bosses d’escombraries, paper WC, sabó per les mans i el cos…. -La WIFI no funciona gaire bé i no arriba a l’habitació.

Piso bien reformado con salón grande, SmartTV, cocina completa y nueva. Cuenta con muchos utensilios.

Sería recomendable aire acondicionado o algún ventilador más potente
