3-Bed Family Home with Parking & Large Garden

Location was good and a good size with parking

1/Cooker dials broken so can’t use 2/Bath taps no water and bath plug not working , had to use shower 3/Nice garden but had a terrible smell coming from under decking so not usable Some furniture and kitchen stuff well out of date .

Space provided by 3 bedrooms is ideal for our needs. Extremely clean throughout and good facilities in all rooms.

Minor points only: Sofa is in need of some attention on the seats. One toilet is a limitation Update QR details re WiFi login details.

Good location, very convenient for town, legoland, race course etc. Decent size property and garden would be good in summer.

Several maintenance issues with broken bed, bathroom taps and shower and cooker controls. These may be due to house being on the market. Parking on drive limited to one car and parking on road pot luck as busy.

it was close to Windsor and quiet.

You pay the pretty central position and the dimension of the house. when you rent a holiday home you expect everything to be perfect. instead 1. the washing machine had broken pieces, so I had to go twice to the laundrette and I'm still waiting for a refund 2. WC was separate from the bathroom and without a basin, so you have to wash your hands into the bathroom 3. the bulb lights didn't work at the entrance, in the WC room and maybe somewhere else 4. a couple of buttons of the gas hob were loose (not safe at all). 5. for these reasons we call the agency but they said they were not real issues... BTW 6. a handyman came to replace the bulb lights and helped with the shower, since the mechanism to make it work wasn't user friendly at all (he wandered how to make it work). I couldn't use the washing machine and I could use half of the hobs to avoid problems with the buttons. 7. it was boiling when we arrived but most of the windows were locked, so the landlord had to came to open them. too much stress for a holiday house. I don't care if it is big or not! if you don't have the QR CODE reader or if it's not working, you cannot read instructions for the house, still waiting for my copy via email. I forgot! the tap of the bathroom basin leaked water drops, but apparently nobody cared.

Location was excellent. Close to Legoland and amenities.

It would have been better had the shower been working.

The house is lovely, fantastic garden, lovely beds and all that was needed.

Washing machine was outside and couldn't use the hot tub

The house was very well equipped. Nice large garden although a bit nippy to use. Fab if you are a plane spotter right under the Heathrow flight path. Could be noisy but didn't bother us!

The sofas were very uncomfortable. There was a leather L shape sofa which was very, very soft in that you sank into it too much. There was also what looked like a sofa bed also in the lounge. It was very hard but it kept slipping so you were constantly slipping off if you moved! Only 3 pillows on the double beds for 2 people and they were very thin pillows.
