"Muy buena ubicación y con posibilidad de aire acondicionado (de pago)"

Muy próximo a la playa. Tenía 1 split del aire acondicionado en el salón y funcionaba perfectamente (había que pagar para que te diesen el mando). Mucha zona de aparcamiento próxima al edificio, a precio muy económico si te bajas la aplicación que tiene el ayuntamiento para gestionarlo.

Accesibilidad (necesario subir escaleras) y estaba bastante "trotado"..
