This well appointed house has plenty of room and enough amenities to make it great for a family get together. quiet Thickly wooded parcel with a serene deck and BBQ.

The property manager. uses some automated system, for the message stream on Booking, without announcing itself as such.This leads to confusing communication. I asked for a 2-3pm check-in early on. it was "acknowledged" but actually it wasn't. On check-in day, a human replied that it was rejected, which was not the case. At best it was simply not read and ignored. (not sure) Instead they requested an early check in fee of $100 at roughly 3pm. the home was ready I was there and a maintenance man let us in. The locks don't even change to the assigned code until 4:30pm ....so you are shut out till that time. If you are subject to their automated process. These policies are supposedly in a welcome letter and on the website of the property manager, but more importantly they are not on the Booking site. Junk fees, poorly implemented tools and service. This is the opposite of an owner driven rental experience. Some maintenance of the property is due, on this roughly 15-20 year old property, And for a $125 pet fee, you would think they might invest it in a carpet deep clean. That's not the case here either. more profit for Pillage Properties, your virtual property manager of Sun River. Television tech is archaic. Dead tree exists, near the roof line.

The size of the house was perfect, and I loved how quiet the neighborhood was. You couldn't hear any traffic, just the sound of nature.

I was told I would be reimbursed for the SHARC passes. It's been one month and I still haven't been reimbursed. They are no longer responding to my outreaches when I check on the status.

We were very impressed with the comfortable beds and bedding. We all slept very well, it was so quiet inside and out of the house. We loved the view of the stars through the trees in the backyard. The house is pretty close to the resort, about a 5-10 minute drive. There were lots of games to play and movies to watch and a nice open floor plan.

We like to watch movies before bed (an appreciate all the options in Video tapes and DVDs!) but we could not figure out how to play the VCR. We were able to find some DVDs to watch on the DVD player - so not all was lost!

Big open living space. Great game table. House was fun to play sardines in.
