Good location. Very nice host family. Great AC, good WiFi. Host had access to parking at the house and parking at another location close to the bus to Venice.

Everything was great but it is important to realize you are staying in the upstairs bedrooms of the main host family home. We were often coming back late at night but there were no issues and the family was extremely nice.

I would recommend the owners to set up a door on top of the stairs to give a bit of privacy to themselves and to their guests as well. The 2 rented rooms are basically part of their house, which is ok for one night stay but otherwise not convinient. We could not use the bathroom during the night which is behind one of the bedroom. Cats should be also mentioned in the property description as ppl have allergies and the cats were all over the place.

Very friendly owner. Big rooms. They have lovely pets. Private parking.

Rooms were without keys. You come into rooms through owner's apartment.

Parking on spot

The owners live on site and have pets interfering with moving about, and a particular hamster running on a noisy treadmill the entire night.

Great tipp for a save parking place.
