REFURBISHED MAY 2026 - Exclusive Penthouse 85 Inch Huge TV

The apartment was clean, spacious and convenient. The beds were super comfortable, I find it difficult to sleep when away from home but I can honestly say I haven't slept this well in a long time! Toilet upstairs and downstairs was clean and convenient. Plenty of seating and mirrors which was fantastic for getting ready as we were attending a family wedding. Location is convenient for hitting the motorway

We were on the top floor (3rd floor) and the lift was broken! So carrying all of the luggage up the stairs was exhausting, any time we left and returned it was taking the stairs which was inconvenient to say the least. The balcony was a lovely touch but full of bird 'mess' so unusable. The noise of the neighbours was clearly heard in the hallways. I think the balcony is a beautiful feature which isn't used to the best of it's ability

Rooms are big and well maintained

Very hot . No fans . No windows in rooms . Very rude staff . Asked for fan . They promised to deliver but at 11pm they said go and buy yourself . In the morning someone rang me . Then started shouting at me and my wife . Very unprofessional behaviour. Never seen this kind of staff in my life . Worst ever experience of my life . Spent £100 for one night and couldn’t sleep till 3am . When you enter into building very bad smell welcomes you . Apartment itself from inside was clean and well maintained but not good for summer . Stay away from this . Very bad and rude staff
