the hospitality was outstanding, and every detail was taken care of to make my stay comfortable. The villa itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything I needed. The view was absolutely breathtaking – whether relaxing in the living area, sitting by the terrace, or enjoying the outdoor space, the scenery was stunning.

Wonderful place, very clean and nice location

From the moment I booked, Jean, the owner, reached out directly with all the details about the villa—its location, nearby attractions, things to do, recommended restaurants and beaches, and helpful tips that I used throughout my stay. I considered several options in Gouna, but I chose this one due to the excellent communication I had with Jean after comparing different options. It was the perfect choice, as he was always responsive to my messages and calls, providing immediate feedback when needed. The villa itself is lovely—clean, well-organized, and equipped with all the necessities for a large family like ours. It’s beautifully decorated and in a prime location, close to Gourmet Supermarket and just a short distance from downtown, where you can find a variety of restaurants and activities.

Since I always strive to be fair in my reviews for other travelers considering the same options, I want to mention a couple of issues we faced upon arrival. The first was the Wi-Fi, but once I contacted Jean, he quickly resolved it. The second issue was the laundry machine, which was unfortunately broken. Jean tried to arrange maintenance, but it couldn’t be fixed during our stay. This was inconvenient, especially for our family of seven, including an infant. As a kind gesture, Jean personally visited us with chocolates to ensure our stay was going well and to apologize for the laundry issue, which we truly appreciated. Overall, some maintenance improvements for the villa would definitely make it exceptional.
