"Unbelievable disaster"

we arrive at the apartament and nothing is ready, beds are not made, etc. We contact right away and they tell us sorry and we will send housekeeping. It must have been a mistake. We go out and we receive a message saying it's not possible for us to stay there, there has been a miscommunication and the apartment is not acceptable for us to sleep there due to health issues. Only solution they give us is book us another apartment 30min drive from the center of Porto or cancelling the reservation. we ask them to book us something next to the location, for the troubles, and they refuse. We end up homeless in the middle of the night in a foreign city .Its been a month and we still have NOT received the refund. The accommodation has explained booking.com should offer the refund already and we don't have it yet and we have contacted booking.com several times. Bunch of thieves all of you!!! Pathetic

El depto es fantástico, muy cómodo y está muy bien ubicado. Es muy fácil llegar, hacer checkin y checkout. Tiene todas las comodidades como para pasar muy bien en esa ciudad hermosa.

Porto tiene muchas subidas y bajadas... es cuestión de encontrar el mejor camino para llegar. Tal vez una indicación del propietario de cuáles son los caminos ideales para llegar al dpto desde diferentes lugares claves en Porto puede ser de mucha ayuda.
