As previous reviews suggest Andrea and family were great hosts. Great location tucked away from the busier part of the old town. Room compact but has been utilised well with everything needed.

The room was exceptionally clean. Andrea's mother was a lovely lady who offered very good advice on Zadar. I will be looking to book again next year

It was quiet and just off the main tourists area. Had a small balcony. I enjoyed sitting and reading in the small courtyard late at night.

In my room there were no plates, cutlery etc to eat foot. No cleaning materials to wipe table down. Microwave of limited use as nothing to use other than breakfast bowl.

The apartment is in the perfect location, right by the historic Church of St Donatus in the heart of Zadar’s old town, which is a short walk from the Adriatic Sea. You can be right by the sea in time for sunset in a matter of minutes. The room itself was exactly as I’d hoped and expected: spacious for a solo traveller and plenty of room for two if you are travelling as a pair, a very comfortable bed, and plenty of closet and drawer space for clothes and other travel items. As a bonus, the large TV included a U.K. Netflix login for early nights and time away from the heat (the air conditioning was a welcome relief, too)! Andrea and her family are lovely hosts and made me feel extremely welcome during my 4 night stay. Andrea offered some great tips where to eat and, just as importantly, where to avoid. I also noticed another reviewer bemoaning the sound of the fridge. No complaints on that front from me as Andrea warned me on arrival that it can be noisy and to just unplug it if needs be.

I honestly have no complaints at all. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and recommend Andrea’s apartments to anyone visiting Zadar.

Really great location - not even 100 meters from the cathedral and Roman Square, partial view of the sea from the balcony. Still quiet and peaceful, no noise from the center reaches the room except from the church bells. Very well thought through - with all appliances and equipment one may need through the day, like shelf in the bathroom, hooks or laundry clips (which isn't always available in rentals). Super helpful hosts. And Netflix access is a plus.
