Very bad experience, they don’t mention cleanliness , AC cooling not working ,

They have one of the best rooms in the city at this rate - just simple and serene. The staffs are very friendly and polite especially the staff named Chandan. A surprise among others was the complementary “Welcome Kit” that they provide. I didn’t expect these things in this town. Besides, Wi-Fi, lift, coffee makers and other basics were in place. Will definitely prefer it when I visit here again.

The Hotel is located beside the main Highway connecting Ballia, Gorakhpur and Varanasi. The location is perfect for business as well as vacation trips. There are nearby places to visit as well. The room was neat and clean. The bed and linen was clean and comfortable. They provided us with clean comforter and cushions. They also provided us with a Complimentary Welcome Kit (Toiletries and Dental Kit), Complementary Tea/Coffee Kit, Electric Kettle and a bottle of water. There was ample space for car parking. Our room was located on 2nd Floor and was accessible by Lift. The room was well furnished decorated with beautiful lamps. Finally, they have supportive staffs who are well behaved.

A restaurant in the hotel would have made the stay all the more complete.

Ready to provide things but on call, not automatically. For everything starting from bedsheets, hot water or television. The major disadvantage was that he got rooms on second floor while there was no lift.
