"Would not recommend staying here."

I was really looking forward to my trip to Myrtle Beach, but my stay at Fin’s Inn was a letdown from the start. When I arrived, the host gave me the wrong code for the door, so I stood outside trying to get in with no luck. When I reached out, they gave me a different code — but it ended up being for a room that was already occupied. Super awkward and frustrating. When I finally got into the right room, it smelled like sewage, especially coming from the bathroom. It was bad enough that I didn’t even want to stay in the room. The outside wasn't great either. The gate around the pool was bent and ripped out of the ground on one side, which made it look sketchy and not very safe. I messaged the host about all of these issues and never got a reply. I had booked the place for 6 nights, but after just one night, I decided to find somewhere else to stay. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place — not worth the stress.

"good for a short stay/weekend trip"

location was great. street back from all of the beach front places. can walk to almost anything. room stayed very cool throughout our stay.

wish the room was a little cleaner. there was dark hairs all over our towels. you can hear almost everyone's conversations that are staying around you. walls/door was very thin but the door did lock and it was overall safe.

The door wouldn’t lock. Which was a big thing to me! They said it was no more rooms Available (which it was one right next to me). They sent someone out the next day. The room was in walking distance & it was clean.

This is my honest review the place was clean and well kept we had a small issue with the shower not draining fast but it did drain rooms were nice and cool and felt great after coming in from the hot heat the pool was clean and everything was so so easy to get to it was 5 minutes to Broadway at the beach the main drag is easily a 8 minute walk the beach is just across the street it was great the only downside was when we arrived there was some obnoxious guest who ended up crashing into the fence surrounding the pool and then proceeded to drive off never to be seen again but we made friends with some of our fellow vacation residence and ended up really enjoying our stay it was well worth the low price we paid i highly suggest staying here

"Decent location - cheaper rates - seems to be a “party” location."

Close walk to the beach entrance, close to the boardwalk, room stayed cool even though ac was two window units.

Seems like a party area. Our room was right at poolside and there was supposed to be quiet time at 10 pm but people were in the pool and being loud up til 2/3 am every night. Hard to sleep on the pull out sofa with so much noise. Also there is NO ONE present at check in or any other time. Everything is done on one. They give you a number to call - but had no luck getting an answer any of the 20+ times I tried to call. Also our room wasn’t clean. We found dirty sheets inside the pull out sofa, there was sand all over the floor and the pool was dirty with clothing, trash, etc

Terrible customer service! Our party of 7 had booked 2 rooms when we arrived at this virtual check-in hotel, but didn't receive a code to get in the rooms. I called a few times and texted but no one answered. After nearly an hour of this, with no response, I reached out to Expedia (another long ordeal on chat) and was told the hotel was waiting for me to reach out to them! So someone answered that time and told me I didn't get a code because I needed to pay a security deposit. By this time I was pretty frustrated and doubtful I would even get a security deposit back since so one ever answers the phone! I asked for a management contact, but the representative was rude and dismissive, refusing to cancel our reservation or providing information other than the phone number. I tried cancel with Expedia to no avail since the hotel was going to keep the security deposit. Long story short, it took over 2.5 hours to get the code! When we finally got into the rooms, we found: No toilet paper in one bathroom, pizza crust on the back window sill, hair on the toilet seat, crumbs in the pull-out sofa, lamps that didn't turn on over the beds, and a busted shower. The next day, I texted at 8:20 am and called 6 times about a late check-out. I didn't get a text until 10:03 am. Not available. Check out was a 10. Do yourself a favor: DO NOT COME HERE. It’s unprofessional and a complete waste of time and money!
