Navigolf top class apartment by Costarentals - Ref 160

The apartment is lovely and the beds great, the kitchen is fine except for the extractor hood which is ridiculously low so you just bang your head all the time and my wife who cooks is short but still knocks it. The TV and sofa area superb along with the spacious dining table, two great bathrooms.

The air conditioning in the apartment is awful, it smells of boiled cabbage I doubt it has been serviced for a long time, but should have been checked by management.Lots of cobwebs in the corners of the rooms and door rails, rushed cleaning, lack of basics like tea towels, place mats and beach towels, lovely furniture but seems the owner doesn't want to protect their dining table and outdoor furniture by supplying the basics, we bought!The key holder advised us that the bins and pool were local with sunbeams, they aren't and they haven't.The lack of privacy on the balcony is shocking, its not the owners fault its the ridiculous design of the building.We would find ourselves sitting out there with people above us looking down into our balcony, people waving from the left and right and below.There are only two sun beds, sun chairs and beach chairs yet can sleep six, we are four adults, not good enough.The swimming pool which is next to the apartments for which we should be able to use you cant as its leaking as we found out from owners there and hasn't been useable for over a month, the closest pool is down over 80 stairs and a 10 minute stroll, for which only two people could carry the beach chairs and when you get there the other pool is over subscribed as the pool was designed for the other blocks, super disappointing. No bin facilities near to the front door of the block or lower level through the car park, you have to either walk into the neighbours blocks approx 100m away or as we did carry them down to the bins behind the Carre 4. Again some of the issues aren't the owners but should be addressed by the owners, wouldnt stay again sadly, loved the location and the apartment, but no privacy outside cant be changed, wont stay at Navi golf again.

Грязные стены, постельные принадлежности (подушки, одеяла) и вентиляционные решётки (решётки от кондиционеров). Вечерами иногда невозможно было открыть окна из-за запаха канализации с улицы. Вечером в паркинге очень много больших тараканов. В душевой кабине не было полочек для размещения ванных принадлежностей и приходилось ставить шампунь на пол. В ванной - нет держателя для душа, а унитаз шатается.

The pool wasn’t open and the other pool was far to walk and no facilities ie sun beds no bar no towels

Clean , spacious and easy to walk to restaurants and bars

Everything was perfect

The property was in a great location with amazing views looking over the golf course.

There was a few little things that would have made our stay that little bit more enjoyable - outside umbrella ( only sand one provided, we bought one from the local shop with a stand), shared shower needs to have a fixed shower head holder, bed sheets didn’t seem to be big enough for the bed, a few more kitchen towels/ pans/ plastic cutlery for outside use/kids, beds was slightly too hard.

Modern, well equipped and very comfortable
