149 Seaside Cool Apartment - Alicante Holiday

El apartamento es excepcional en ubicación (puedes ver la salida del sol y la luna desde el mismo) . En su distribución es magnífico, en lo referente a la vajilla, cacerolas, toallas, sábanas, hamacas, etc, muy bien equipado. Las habitaciones con ventiladores y aparato de aire acondicionado, pero aunque no estuve en estancia estival, creo que con la ubicación que tiene no harán mucha falta. Las vistas son geniales a la playa

Como poder decir algo que no estaba correcto, sería los colchones de las camas pequeñas.

Perfect seafront location. I am glad the balcony was open and not built up like the others. We spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony.

There are a lot of mosquitos in the area. A warning would have been nice. I would have liked mosquito nets built into the windows/doors/balcony. I was like an open buffet for mosquitos the first 2 nights than I figured out that I need to close the windows before sundown and use the ceiling fan for ventilation.

The property was nice but outside was a building site . The picture you have of the balcony should show lots of jCB diggers . The complete sea front has been dug up with most of the restaurants closed and no access to the beach from the apartment.

The passage to the apartment was dark and dirty with pipes all over the path it had no lights of a night time only bare wires sticking out the wall above the door . Not good very disappointing for what money we paid .I have lots of photos if you need to see any it’s bad viewing.
