USThe home is designed so well and the hosts truly do have the house stocked with anything you would need during the trip. The decor is beautiful and I loved that there are two living areas and laundry rooms so you could have two separate areas for multiple families traveling. The garage allows for several cars to park inside. You could consider using some of this space for more indoor, child friendly activities. The house came with chairs and umbrella which could be better advertised so you wouldnt feel compelled to rent other beach gear.
The exterior of the home and the stairwell leading to entry smelled like a smoking area of a facility and it was clear the people there before us had smoked a ton, thankfully outside the home. It took a while for this smell to dissipate. I was given the code for the door for check in but did not receive the garage door code which was necessary to access the other. It took a bit to get ahold of someone "on call" since we arrived on the weekend.
