This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. - Self check-in from 5pm to 9pm, can be in person (subject to availability and upon request) - Sending of a link for hotel registration required by law. Additional charges: - Late check-in: arrivals after 9pm, €30 surcharge regardless of whether the arrival is in person or self-check-in. - Early check-in: arrivals before 5pm, €20 surcharge (subject to availability and upon request) - Late check-out: departures after 11am, €20 surcharge (subject to availability and upon request) **In-person check-in: Staff wait up to 30 minutes; after that, additional charges will apply if other assistance is required. Lockers: -Available for early arrival or storage of belongings. A discount voucher is offered after booking. Responsibility for belongings: - Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Next Stop Bilbao is not responsible for any loss. Loss of keys: - €100 charge for each set of keys lost.
