12th Avenue Suites

The suites are convenient for Lake Hayes Estate and Lower Shotover and are generally clean and well appointed. There is a Night and Day store and a decent cafe/restaurant/bar Franks within 50yrds.

I stay here quite regularly and have often found it a little chilly in the winter months but on this occasion the apartment was Baltic and the heat pump was not working at all. I called to complain and Harcourts came very swiftly and provided an electric fan heater advising that there was a problem with the heating for the whole building. That improved matters considerably but there needs to be a longer term solution - perhaps the rooms should all have panel heaters installed as this seemed just to be a deterioration of a long-term challenge.

1日目は、快適だったが、隣とコネクティングドアになって繋がっているため、２日目は隣の宿泊客の音が聞こえて少しうるさかった。　主人にとってベッドが柔らかすぎて腰が痛くなったようです。　フライパンだけが、コーティングが少し剥がれた感じで使うのは躊躇した。

This near new apartment was so beautiful in a quiet part of the greater Queenstown area Comfortable and extremely clean. Loved the king size bed and facilities which were well stocked. Staff was quick to respond and friendly.

Nothing we didn’t like. This location suited us perfectly.

Everything was fantastic. We have parents in the retirement village next door, so this was ideal, nice and close.

The hall lights went off very quickly, which made it hart when you weren’t sure where you were going.

Super modern, super clean, very convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Amenities were all very good and sufficient.

Isolation from neighbors could be improved but that’s all.

Great location. Very comfortable. All the amenities you need.Great to have cooking and laundry facilities, coffee machine.Comfortable large bed.

Shower pressure poor. Spring loaded heavy door into bathroom seemed more like an external door and became quite tiresome to go in and out of.
