the room was big, very clean and modern

The accommodation was situated on the upper floor of a building with various medical businesses on the ground floor, and the building was inside a larger complex with other medical facilities so there was barely any foot traffic, and the entire building was very quiet. The room itself was very clean and had a great view of the mountain. Adjustable aircon/heater was great also. Really enjoyed our stay here. A few minutes drive away from the accommodation, there is a large shopping area with supermarket handy.

The location of this accommodation was close to the airport but can take a while to get into Queenstown CBD due to traffic on Frankston-Ladies Mile Highway (lots of constructions on this road) - although this is not a negative on the accommodation.

Lovely & quiet, Location was good. Dairy just down the road easy walk. Pub down the street does lunch & dinner. The bed & couch was comfortable. Well equipped kitchen & medium size fridge freezer, had coffee machine. Good size bathroom. Had dedicated parking space if you have a car. WiFi was good. USB charging port in most power plugs.

A bit of maintenance needed. Shower adjusting pole not secured properly. We notified them on the first day & in 3 days it did not get attended to. It is not a large studio unit. I think it is very unfair to take the total amount of the accommodation out 2 months before stay & then on top of that they take another $150 dollars out as well on check in date. I do not see the need to do this as they have our credit card details. I would not stay with Harcourts Holiday Homes.
