"Great location but a few issues"

The location was great. Beds were really comfy with a lovely communal/lounge area.

When we arrived we couldn't open the bathroom, which in fairness was fixed quickly by staff coming out to the appartment. However, the bathroom smelt really badly of sewage, it lingered for the entity of the trip. The amount of toilet paper provided was too little. We also got locked in the building one day, as the door had jammed which was a huge fire safety risk. We had to ask a man outside to help us to push it open
