A good size apartment for 4 nights, with all the facilities. Well proportioned rooms and balcony, clean and tidy. Placed in a new developed area with shops and a nice park. It’s at a reasonable distance from the city center and it has easy access to the public transport.

The bathroom was clean but the shower is to small and are little things that need fixing. The sofa needs a good clean.

Good location if you need one night before a flight or after a late arrival. There is ample parking. Easy to get into the apartment without physical contact with the owners.

the cleanliness in the room is just a nightmare. it seemed to us that even the bed linen had not been changed! because we found hair and animal fur on it! it was not difficult, because everything is visible on white bed linen. there is dust in lumps on the floor, the refrigerator is dirty, the bath, toilet, sink in the toilet - everything needs to be thoroughly cleaned! we arrived late in the evening for one night before an early flight. We turned on the stove to cook dinner and the electricity went out (but the emergency light came on right away, so we decided that this happens often here). And after that we spent two hours trying to figure out with the owners how to deal with this problem. (i.e. until the night we tried to get electricity, although at that time we were already planning to sleep before an early departure to the airport). We don't recommend it if you need to stay here for a few days. If it's just for one night, it might be okay.

The only thing I can note is the location, it is convenient.

This was the worst experience in all our years of traveling. It started with the fact that no one sent us any check-in instructions. We called and messaged both Booking and the host, but only received a response after 2 hours. It wasn’t just inconvenient — it was outrageous. When we finally entered the apartment, we were honestly shocked by how dirty everything was. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all: the toilet was filthy, with feces stains! The shower was covered in grime, with hair everywhere. The bed linen was old, full of pills, and unpleasant to the touch. Sleeping on it was disgusting. The towels were synthetic and had a bad smell. The dishes were dirty too — with leftover food stuck on the forks! After all that time traveling, we had to wash everything ourselves. There wasn’t even a kettle. No salt, no sugar, no coffee — just three miserable tea bags. On the terrace, the ashtray hadn’t even been emptied — full of cigarette butts from previous guests. The floor was dusty and covered in hair; our white socks turned black instantly. We felt nothing but disgust toward everything in this apartment. It felt like the guests didn’t matter at all. This was the first time we had ever encountered such blatant neglect. It was deeply uncomfortable to stay in this place. I absolutely do not recommend it! This isn’t just bad service — it’s pure disrespect for people.
