Helpful staff, hot water, great location.

Cold.

The outside terrace and porch was nice and relaxing.

The bathroom was let down. It wasn’t really clean and there was a leak from the sink drain which made floor wet all the time and left bit of unpleasant smell.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The beds were clean and nice. The terrace is a plus.

The bathroom can be a bit cleaner. The sink can be cleaned with some cleaning pruducts that take away the dirt from inside the sink. And there is a lot of mold, that does not give a nice aspect. Initially we did not like the room because was not having too much outside light, being on the ground floor, but the lady was very nice and accommodating and changed our room. Thank you. Another issue is the hot water that is not constant and when you take a shower suddenly gets cold and sometimes comes back warm, sometimes not.

Comfortable bed. Friendly helpful staff. We could store our luggage while visiting Machu Picchu. The breakfast was nice. Good location.

It took a while until the water was warm enough to shower. Our room had a window in the roof, which was nice but also resulted in a lot of light in the room at 5 am in the morning. Luckily we had a few early tours planned.

Staff was very friendly and understanding and the location was great.

We unfortunately needed to leave the hotel in the very first moment as soon as we saw the poor cleanliness of the sheets, pillows and towels, which unfortunately is not tolerable at all. I am very sorry for this review, because the staff was really nice and helping. They provided us new sheets and towels after we saw the first ones were dirty. But the second ones were also unfortunately no different.
