The location is good, only a few minute walk from the main square and from Mercaso San Blas. The common area is nice and the rooftop terrace has an amazing view. There are two cute cats and the staff is nice, we could leave our luggage at the reception when we were out of town for 2 days.

The room was very basic and old, it seemed like it didn’t have a proper ceiling just the roof itself. The sheets and the towels had stains. The bathroom smelled really bad. The room was very cold, there was no heating (which is normal in Cusco but the room was cold even during the warmest hour of the day). The mattress is uncomfortable and wobbly, especially for 2 people. The sheet kept coming off so by the time we woke up, there was no cover on the mattress which is not very hygienic. The heavy blankets seemed old and dusty, they gave me a bad cough. The staff didn’t speak English at all.

Internet is good. Location is good.

TV doesn't work. Hot water supply likes to flip coin: some time works and some time doesn't work.

Location is good, easy to get to the main plaza and the nice restaurants.

Having hot water was challeging. You need to wait quite a lot to get the hot water and then be super quick because it turns back to cold. So, for the ladies might be extra challenging to wash your hair as you have to stay there all wet in a quite cold bathroom waiting for the hot water to come back. Also, the lighting in the room is not that great.

The owner was kind, my kid got sick during the last day of stay and he allowed us to stay a bit more after checking in order to wait for the doctor to come and see my kid at the hotel. They cleaned the room every day.

Sometimes it was noisy early in the morning. You can hear every conversation when people are outside of the rooms.

A very nice property - ideal location in Cusco, hot shower, comfy big bed, friendly staff - they helped me organize all the trips I wanted, super yummy breakfast, and two very sweet cats. I would stay again! :)

Very friendly staff, nice roof top terrace. Good breakfast and comfortable beds. Secured bag storage whist we when to machu picchu. Overall, it was a good stay in a good quiet location.

It's hard to find as you have to go through the llama cafe which is separate from the hostel.
