Roomy and clean!

We did get some water in the tipi during heavy rain, but the floor dried quickly once the wind/rain eased up.

The location was pretty close to Arches and Moab which was nice. Check in was easy. Towels were fluffy and nice. Nice to have heat and extra blankets, etc although we didn't need it.

One of our beds wasn't fully made up {missing top sheet and blanket) and the office is only open at hours when we were out hiking so couldn't really do anything about it. One of the AC units had a pretty musty odor. Biggest issue is not the fault of the site at all, but the sun comes blazing in right at sunrise and the tipi is so bright until 8pm. Was a little tough with a kid. Might be better in other seasons
