Very close to the pedestrian bridge to the old town. The strength and warmth of the shower is excellent. The bed was comfortably hard. Tea and coffe (nespresso) facilities, cutlery, etc. Balcony with view on the foot bridge. Clean, nice and tidy, seemingly recently refurbished. For easy parking use ulica Frana Alfirevica (the main door is accessible from that direction too).

Some coat hooks would have been handy. (There is even some space for them on the wall beside the door.)

The location is very good. Easy check in and check out.

The room was a little bit noisy. You can hear everything from the corridor as if it’s happening inside.

Location was very good (close to entrance into old town). It had a small balcony and coffee and tea facilities. The host was very kind and allowed us to stay until noon. Free parking available at the back of the appartment building.

Room was a bit small. TV was not working (no channels found).

Bed was comfy; specifically the pillows. The balcony was lovely to relax on which overlooked the bridge to the old town. It’s located just over a supermarket which is useful and is a 2 minute walk away from a beautiful bakery. Summary of Positives: + Location + Cleanliness + Comfort

The main disappointment about this property was the absence of the host from our stay. We were not greeted at the property when we arrived, which isn’t a big problem as I expect hosts to be busy, however we were not even sent a message or any other form of communication on how to check in or what to do when we arrived. After sending a message to the host and waiting some time for a response, we were sent a the key-code to the flats and where to find the keys for the room. At first sight the room was lovely and clean, however there were some issues that shouldn’t exist in a “luxurious” stay. Namely, the door frame was broken and hanging off the wall, the TV screen was partially damaged, there was no access to the safe as the host doesn’t know what the code is (big security issue), one of the main lightbulbs was dead, the main shower head was broken, there was a minor ant issue in the room in which ants roamed around the fridge and a dead ant was found in it when we first arrived at the property, and finally the air conditioning was very loud. Ultimately, our disappointment stemmed from the host’s absence from our stay and their lack of assistance. List of Cons: - No bin other than a tiny one for the bathroom - Ants roamed around the fridge - Broken door frame - Partially damaged TV screen - Dead overhead lightbulb - No access to safe - Broken shower head - Loud air conditioning
