Nearly New 3bed Townhouse 3km to CBD

We loved the location: next to playground, a natural parc with wonderful views and a pizza maker !!

Two aspects I didn't enjoy at all. The main room is was hot and I didn't get the darkness I need to restore during the night.

Hey there. We enjoyed our stay and the location and facilities were good. Just some feedback on the cleaning. There was a used towel draped over the couch when we arrived. 2 used plasters left in the shower downstairs and a dishcloth that had obviously been used as it was really wet.

The master bedroom was a bit noisy due to traffic from the main road outside.。

For a three bedroom property that could sleep 6 to only have have one three seater sofa in the living room is not adequate

Great location close to town, modern and comfortable beds. Liked the view Asher and dryer as well had some washing to do at this stage of our trip.

The road was very noisy, the kitchen utensils, glassware and plates very sparse eg no spatula to use when cooking eggs had to keep washing cups and plates knives etc as only one each. Could not wait for dishwasher to be full. Only 1 dishwasher tablet left for our 4 day stay. No soap in showers. Little extras would have made a huge difference Only seats on the lounge so when friends visited some had to sit at kitchen bench. The cleaning staff came at 9.45 on our check out day, this made check out feel very pressured and rushed.

Difficult garage to get into. 3 seater sofa only when accommodation has 3 double beds, therefore you would think it would be suitable for 6 people. Wanted the dishes in the dishwasher, but no tablets to use. Had issues with the alarm, when leaving, but no reply from anyone to assist. Internet was very poor. Whole place looked tired. I would wonder how 'nearly new' this actually is! Not very homely, no real home comforts.
