There are plenty of space in this 3 storey townhouse. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. They even had a rice cooker. And there are gas stoves too. A lock-up garage and washing machine and a dryer. The rooms are very clean and tiny, beds are comfortable. Convenient location, easy access to city. Very close to Mt Eden and play ground, my kids love to live here.

That we couldn’t get into the property and when we tried to ring the number for help it was disconnected. We then had to rebook somewhere else as to stay as we travelled a fair bit to get there

The house itself is absolutely beautiful and tidy! Location is also great. The communication with the host is a little poor, I would suggest asking for her phone number incase you need to call for a faster response.

•The bathtub plug was faulty, so we were unable to use the bath for the kids during our two night stay. •The remote to the heat pump unit was broken, which resulted in trying to use the portable heater from the bedroom upstairs to heat the lounge and kitchen area, which still wasn’t enough to sit comfortably and enjoy this living space. •The front door can seem a little confusing, probably needs clearer instructions for this. •The whole downstairs area is extremely cold during winter, I would suggest checking with the host to provide heating for the downstairs bedroom prior to booking. I contacted the host to raise these issues but unfortunately had no response till after we checked out.

The property was amazing 🤩 and very clean and comfortable. The host was really accommodating and communication was excellent. It was a last minute booking for a family of five. I highly recommend staying here and if I'm ever in the area, I would definitely stay again. Thank you 😊

There is definitely nothing not to like about this stay 😊
