This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. - Autonomous entry from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., can be in person (subject to availability, and upon request) - Sending a link for hotel registration required by law. Supplements: - Late arrival: arrivals after 9:00 p.m., €30 supplement regardless of whether the arrival is in person or autonomous. - Early check-in: arrivals before 5:00 p.m., €20 supplement (subject to availability and upon request) - Late check-out: departures after 11:00, supplement €20 (subject to availability and upon request) **In-person check-in: Staff wait up to 30 minutes; past, additional charges will apply if other assistance is required. Lockers: - Available to arrive early or store belongings. A discount voucher is offered after booking. Belongings Responsibility: - Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Next Stop Bilbao is not responsible for losses. Lost keys: - €100 charge for each lost set of keys. Departure time: - Delays without prior notice have a supplement of €50 for each hour, charged through the reservation platform. A deposit may be required at the property.
