"Gran alojamiento con falta de mantenimiento"

La vivienda es amplia, y está compuesta por 4 habitaciones, dos de ellas con cama de matrimonio, y otras 2 individuales. Tiene salón, cocina, 1 baño y 1 aseo. La conexión por wifi es buena, y además de poseer parking privado, es sencillo encontrar aparcamiento en la zona sin dificultad. El mar está muy próximo, lo cual es una ventaja. Nos dejaron un detalle al llegar, lo cual siempre es de agradecer.

Es complicada hacer una valoración como la que voy a describir, cuando la anfitriona se ha mostrado disponible y ha sido agradable en todo momento. El asunto ha sido que mi mujer ha enfermado por el moho que hay en la habitación del fondo (el techo estaba lleno de puntitos negros, y ella que es alérgica a la humedad se ha puesto mala). De hecho, hoy 9 de febrero que escribo esta reseña todavía no se ha recuperado, estando el finde del 30 de enero.

"A home from home."

Good size bedrooms. The kitchen is well catered and having a second bathroom was a bonus! It was like a home from home. There is a washing machine and dryer which was very useful for beach wear and towels. The beds are very comfortable.

Not much space to sit comfortable in the lounge for a large family. An additional 2 seater sofa would be nice. The flat is also dark except for the kitchen but it’s ok if you spend only evenings inside.

La localización y que tenía plaza de garaje y 1 aseo y 1 baño

Al ser un bajo, se oye ruido de la calle y vecinos de arriba pero por lo demás bien

casa grande e vicina alla spiaggia, ristorante, supermercato e panetteria/pasticceria. Proprietà molto gentile e disponibile. ottimo poter usare lavatrice con asciugatrice

andrebbe fatta un po' di manutenzione alla casa e magari migliorerare un po' le pulizie

Sehr nette Vermieterin und eigener Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Bäckerei direkt gegenüber und gutes Restaurant in der Nähe. Gut erreichbar vom Flughafen, 15min über die Autobahn.
