"在羅東運動公園對面的獨棟別墅，老闆很親切。可能因為設備有點年紀，兒子洗澡時還好好的，但是正要幫小女兒洗澡時蓮蓬頭斷了。聯絡老闆，老闆問需要來換嗎？因為當時已經很晚，就沒有讓他再跑來處理。停車費老闆會處理，也有腳踏車可以借騎，可以到運動公園好"

一樓屋內有回收及廚餘桶，有些氣味。房間細部有些地方清潔度不夠(如門檻及門框，櫥櫃附近)。公用冰箱不算乾淨，有氣味。

Lovely old building close to a park. About 23 mins walk from train station or free bus (blue line). Washing machine free to use. Comfortable bed and good water pressure in shower. Washing machine and also bikes free to use. Owner very helpful and responsive on WhatsApp.
