The house was spotless, very cozy & clean with lovely touches like a pack of biscuits with the coffee facilities

The only thing I'd possibly suggest is for the owner to add a gate at the side of the house to get into the back garden, but other than that, everything was lovely

Clean, spacious kitchen, lovely large lounge, all upstairs rooms including bathroom modern, clean and tidy.

Hard to find any negatives! If I had to be picky I would suggest a lock on the bathroom door would be nice.
