Great location, however the building is a little bit dirty and there is very little ventilation in the room.

Great location, beautiful decor and the owner was very nice.

The bathroom doorknob fell off and the ceiling is a bit low.

It's near the centre (5 minutes walk), it is beautiful and clean, there is a coffee machine and a boiler for tea, there were biscuits for breakfast even if it wasn't included, you could potentially cook and stay for a lot of time. Very calm and relaxing.

The host didn't write or tell how to properly open the door (you have to do it with a code) so it was very difficult to understand how to do it, but he answered at the phone so eventually we understood how to do it. A little bit expensive but really beautiful.

Newly furnished apartment located near the center. Great location to discover Bologna. Slightly less suitable for tall people, the ceiling height is approx. 190 cm!

Access to the apartment is via a link that the host sends when you have booked. Something went wrong for us there, because we had not received a link. When we arrived on site, we called and then received the link via app. It is therefore necessary to have internet and sufficient battery power in your phone... Online check-in is a bit cumbersome, you have to pay the city tax immediately upon check-in by credit card and it was (slightly) more than previously stated.

Extremely clean and spacious, newly renovated apartment in a lovely part of Bologna old town. Easy to enter and open doors via an app. But not good for tall people or those with claustrofobia!

No windows other than one that opens into a inner space. I felt the sheets/pillow cases could have been newer/better quality given everything else about the apartment had a new quality feel. It was also quite impersonal with no direct contact with the owner or info about the apartment.

Perfect place to stay! Clean and surprise was that breackfast was also in this price! Perfect location Easy door key system.
