Location and new property

Upstairs shower was not working... Super slow internet...

The facilities were excellent, perfectly clean, all check in details handled swiftly.

Nice, clean, fully equipped and modern apartment in quite location, not far from tourist attractions. We would definitely recommend it!

Apartment is clean and well equipped, in a nice location and entry is fine if you carefully follow all the instructions! However all of the likes were really ruined by the smell....

The smell in upstairs bathroom which spreads to the whole apartment is really awful. It's an extremely strong cat urine/ damp smell that was pretty unbearable to the point that my wife wanted to leave and stay in a different hotel. Rooms upstairs while being near to the bad smell, were also very height restrictive. As we were checking out we wanted to leave our bags at the apartment for an hour to get breakfast but this was denied which I thought was a bit disappointing.

The apartment itself is OK once you get into it

to get into the apartment, you have to have the training of a spy. it was quite difficult to find the place, to get all the keys and to learn how to open the door. I had a few cuts on my finger just to open the door.

Centrally located, clean apartment with comfortable beds. Good value for the size and location.

We had a few problems when we arrived. We couldn’t open the door with the keys and the host didn’t answer the phone when we rang him. We tried booking.com but they couldn’t reach him either. We were stuck waiting until a neighbour helped us. Host didn’t explain you have to put the key in facing a particular way and need to pull the door sharply towards you on the third turn. Once in the apartment, we couldn’t get the air on to work - again, a key was needed but we weren’t told where to put it. There are no instructions in the apartment. There is no window in the double bedroom and the ceiling slopes sharply. It’s not suitable for agoraphobics or tall people. The pool is refreshing but doesn’t get any direct sun; the seating area is always shaded too, so we sat in a corridor to get a bit of sun. There is a school basketball court opposite and it’s used and therefore noisy in the early morning and late afternoon.
