Hotel location was good, very near to fort and other attractions.

Cleanliness was really bad , pillow had lot of stains, bedsheet was dirty, blankets were not washed, even after complaining multuple time hotel just cleaned the room but didn't change bedsheets, pillows or blankets, some pillow were torn, in the washroom there was very smelly, dirty, and unhygienic dustbin was placed which was not even cleaned from inside or outside for months, and even after complaining hotel staff didn't empty and clean it, the room was very cold because through the window chilled outside was coming because it wasn't getting closed properly, we were complaining about this from the first day but hotel staff didn't do anything about it, after many complaints to booking.com and hotel manager at the last night of stay at 23:00 pm they cleaned the dustbin and offered me an upgrade which i couldn't take as my child & family were already slept, the overall experience were really painfull and pathetic neither booking.com nor hotel had apologize or compensated me.
