I really liked the place. Modern kitchen (better than expected), very nice few/terrace (better than expected), comfortable bed, no problem with wifi, etc, 10 out of 10! I would certainly recommend it to my friends! I traveled to Hermigua for hiking and the house was actually located just a few meters from the hiking trail! For me that house location is perfect, but it's a bit uphill from the town center, and there are about 10-20 meters of stairs going up from the main street, so it might not be suitable for everyone. By the way, Hermigua appeared to be a perfect place for a few days of hiking. I hiked 3 days in a row (30-20-30km), and every day it was a different circular trail!

One cheap and still great-impression improvement I would suggest to the owner is to keep some salt, maybe sugar, may be frying oil in the kitchen. Of course, you cannot demand it from a hotel, but it's a house with fully equipped kitchen, where people are coming for a few days. I encountered it in other places, it's very convenient, as who would buy a pack of salt or a bottle of oil to use it once or twice... :)

Modern interior house with fantastic mountain view. Comfortable beds and a great terrace to sit on.

Would be good to add curtains/blinds in the bedroom windows.
