Very bad smell upon entrance to the apartment block, dining chairs are loose, no drying cloth in the kitchen, only 1 towel per person for 4 nights, wifi signal is outside the apartment and is weak in the bedroom. The price noted does not include the local city tax and it is not advised prior to check in, we paid 5.80 per person per night.

Late notification of TAX payment prior check in.. If there will be Additional Tax this should include on the time when the room is charge from the credit card. A little consideration of check in time 45-30 mins prior 1500Hrs.
