M&M Inn and Suites

Staff was really nice and hotel was one of the cleanest I've been to in Texas, highly recommend this hotel

The room was clean. It had all the basic amenities. Check in was quick and easy. The room was as described.

It's right next to a busy highway. There was little sound insulation. As a result, there was a good amount of noise throughout the night.

The room looked nice and we love the kitchen area.

We arrived, the room looked nice. Went to take a shower the water pressure was low and water didn't get hot. Later on in the night someone upstairs came in around 1am blasted music all night until we checked out at 11am. Other people tried knocking to stop the music and he never turned it down. The breakfast was not good. Texas waffle was hot. But that was it. They had coffee, banana and store bought honey buns. Not my favorite breakfast at a hotel.

The location was very convenient.

I didn't like that other customers were loud and arguing. They also had huge dogs freely roaming. It seems like this was from some extended stay customers.
