M&M Inn and Suites

The property was ten minutes from my destination. The room did not smell. They didn’t have a bug issue. The room had a mini fridge and small microwave.

The sheets had cigarette holes in them, the pillow cases and face towels looked dingy. There was hair on the floor in the restroom. The remote didn’t work maintenance came to fix it and instead of apologizing they instructed me on how to fix it in the future. The next door neighbor blasted music & the tv all night. They have a second floor without an elevator just two flights of narrow stairs. The continental breakfast wasn’t barely a breakfast.

Beds were dirty , Rooms smell very ugly.

This location was amazing. Fast and simple check in less than 5 minutes from parking to room keys in hand. He explained how to use the lights as they have the spot by the door for the key to use the lights. Thermostat wast on the wall so no annoying bending over to figure out the ac. Plenty of towels. Room wasn't over crowded with unneeded accessories but had plenty of what we needed. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of light and hot water and very little noise. Breakfast was amazing even tho we went down a little later. They were out of oj but wasn't a big deal they had milk and coffee, nutrigrain bars, quaker oak bars, waffles with syrup make your own style and two different cereals. I didn't remember seeing signs saying that you couldn't take the food back to your room like most places but I'm not completely sure. After preparing my breakfast I checked it in less than a minute. No holds on my credit card on file, no come back hours later to retrieve a deposit, just returned my keys and done. No charges to my additional card even as a temporary hold. By far the nicest cleanest most quiet room that we have stayed in, in a long time. Staff was by and far amazing kind professional. Overnight member was all smiles even at our near midnight check in. Not once did I see him not paying attention to the parking lot or lobby. Morning member came in all smiles and appeared to actually enjoy his job. Not once was I asked to wait out stand around for anything. Love love love this girl absolutely will be coming back soon 10/10 would recommend for anyone Oh and despite being a bit tricky to get to if you exit everman parkway (you have to go down and under the bridge) it is well worth it. There is a gentlemen's club right down the street so we worried about noise, and I was a bit worried about our car possibly getting broken into, but they have very obvious cameras in the parking lot and it's extremely well lit.

The only things that I would have changed was despite the bed and pillows being comfortable , there were only 3 pillows on our king size bed. My husband and I sleep with 2 each normally but they were fluffy and decent size they weren't flat. So it wasn't too bad. However if you're like us I do suggest bringing an extra pillow or two. We did have done issues initially getting the TV on but I think my husband figured out it was a tripped plug and he just reset it. Normally TV is just back ground noise for us anyhow but they did have cable and when we got in Coraline was on, it was nice. If you have the same issue I suggest calling the office and letting them know what's happening so they can fix it if you aren't use to this issue. I would have liked juice with breakfast but again we went down late and the staff was so attentive that I'm sure had I mentioned it was gone they would have refilled it. They were doing shift change as we made breakfast so I didn't want to bother them and it wasn't a huge issue. Personally I prefer apple juice anyhow but that any juice would have been great.
