ALIt was a bad experience for me. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The caravan owner was very malicious. A month after I used the caravan, he demanded £400, claiming I had damaged the toilet and other parts of the house. The same thing could happen to you. He's not a trustworthy landlord at all.

GBCaravan was in a great location close to all amenities and had everything you needed and was comfy.
Deliveries arriving at 7am and blocking the car access off for a good few hours and noisy, obviously this isn't anything to do with the host and is down to the site.
GBGBGBGBLoved staying here. loved that fact that the kitchen was closed off from the living room with a door. makes it more private for when you have to use the fold out bed. host was amazing, very easy to talk to and always wanted to make sure we had a great time.
GBThe static was a great size, and as expected? Size, rooms etc The communication was fantatic with owner! The location for static close by scarborough and our desired visit (Open air theatre) taxi ride away and very close by Cayton Beach itself.
The noise from a neighbour, arguing, banging and slamming door during 1st night. 2nd night surrounding noise, music til very late, vent /door noise from building opposite/facilities and glass recycling getting put in bins at 2320hrs & rubbish out is not acceptable time to be doing this! Lots of passer byes, noise til 3am is not my ideal break. Cayton Beach and surrounding was not clean, lots of dog mess, human waste and an extremely steep bank up. This could be tidied up by council to help and accessibility. All of which is not the accomodation owners fault but maybe a word with the sites management and/or council as this will affect desirability to visit again!
