Instalaciones, limpieza, estado del apartamento, deteriorado muchas cosas estropeadas, dejaron comida y objetos de higiene del huésped anterior así como toallas y demas. La piscina asquerosa, el agua parecía un estanque, plantas secas y sin decoración, hamacas rotas, ni una sombrilla, en la entrada el toldo de bienvenida rajado un aspecto deplorable

The walk down to the strip is about 20 mins in a taxi it is 5 mins but we didn't mind walking as the views are amazing 😍

Puerto Rico is nice , apartment is comfortable , host responded quickly on a question.

The pool area was lovely and usually pretty quiet.

First impressions were not good. On arrival we thought we had the wrong apartment as there were towels on the dryer and we couldn't find the key box as hidden behind the curtain inside the gate. Once inside the apartment the cushions from the outside furniture were piled up in a corner, which gave the apartment an overall untidy look. The bed was made up but only a couple of towels out folded haphazardly. This led me to check the bedding and on turning over the top sheet found sand in the bed and it looked crumpled on one side like it had been slept in. I messaged the owner who sent round the cleaner who changed the sheet and seemed to be implying that the apartment had been made ready for us by the owner in this instance and the sand could have been due to a sandstorm. In the bed? She also gave us extra towels. Then the owner came round and said the cleaner had made up the room a few days before. On closer inspection the bathroom could have been cleaner so was left with the feeling that it had perhaps only had an overnight stay before us and there had been some confusion between the owner and cleaner over the cleaning. My husband had to put out cockroaches on 2 occasions and if you dont like or are allergic to cats, this would not be suitable as they sleep on the cushions on the outside area and fight. The apartment itself was very dark and the outdoor area hardly got any sun due to the high wall for privacy. It is also right at the top of a very steep hill. I consider myself fairly fit but after 5 days walking said hill resorted to getting taxis up and down to the beach or bus stops.

First time staying in Peuro Rico and what a perfect place to stay. Fantastic communication with the owner to ensure easy check in, the apartment had everything you could possibly imagine to make our stay extremely comfortable. Wi-fi was excellent and the outside outside terrace area fantastic as was the pool area. Literally 100 metres from the shops, bars and restaurants but just far enough away to ensure a nice quite break. We were a group of 2 couples but this apartment would certainly also suit families. Highly recommend.

Excellent location, lovely quiet pool, apartment has everything you need and is spacious and weather great, My first time this side and so much quieter than overlooking puerto rico, but still close to everything you need, so will look to come back as soon as

Lovely self catering privately owned apartment that has everything you need. A fully equipped kitchen, cleaning materials, a hoover, new washing machine etc. One bedroom has two single beds, airconditioning and a fan and the other has a comfy double bed and big window and a fan. The pool area is nice and quiet. As you are high up in the quiet part of Puerto Rico you have great views. It is advisable to have a car in this area. But you can always flag down a taxi or take the bus to go down to the beach. The host is very friendly and helpful and is just a phone call or text message away. Great value for money for a 2 bedroom apartment!

Appartment was clean facilities were good ,pool area was good .

Didn't like where appartment was situated. To many steps up and down to get to appartment. To far from beach spent all our time getting in and out of taxi 😬
