To be honest: you get what you pay for. In many comments is written that the property is very close to the railway. Railway => some noise. If you cannot sleep that is a sign that you have not walked enough in the beautiful city of Bologna! By the way...the bulb in the bathroom is working! (another thing that I found in the comments). The towels and the sheets are very clean. The landlord is very friendly and helpful. We had a little problem with the water tap in the kitchen and he came asap and fixed it. You just have to call him. Thanks again!

Maybe the water temperature for the radiators can be set a little bit higher. A hair dryer will be also ok. And yes, a curtain for the shower :). I don't say anything about the wi-fi. Well there is a wi-fi connection but without internet :)))). But this days everybody has a mobile phone with internet. So this was no problem for us.

Laying about wifi connection is not what I expected

It was spacious

The room lights did not work, the heater in the bedroom and living room did not work. The bathroom was a mess to take a shower it. The beds were uncomfortable.

The room was clean and spacious. The owner was polite and serviceable.

We didn't have hot water at all. We communicated with the owner of the appartment and he didn't managed to solve our problem. Also, the WiFi was almost non existant.

Overall it was a really enjoyable stay. We found no troubles with accomodation, we were satisfied with the size and quality of the rooms and the things we had access to. Also, it's not that far from the city centre - it takes around twenty minutes to get there by foot.

The cleanliness of the rooms was bearable. It wasn't very bad, but we had some surprises such as somebody's food in the fringe. What we don't know is that the hotel is located near the railroad tracks, which wasn't very problematic for us, but could be if we were coming back to the hotel less tired.

It is near the city centre of Bologna and near to the flixbus station, the appartment is old with old furnitures but renewed and clean! You have everything in the kitchen and salon

Washing machine doesn't work for us and no bath curtain in the bathroom in the summer the apartment is warm and fortunately I had a ventilator with us otherwise it's a little warm
