"本当に残念"

札幌からそこそこ近く、利用しやすい。

オーナーの手違いで泊まるはずの部屋に違う客が入っていたにも関わらず、誠意のある謝罪も無かった。また、その際に1時間ほど待たされた。違う客がいた際にその客とコンタクトを取れなどと言ってきたりセキュリティ面に不安がある。
