It is a safe place and friendly security

The location Its far away from centre and attractions. We spent fortunate to visit the places want to go to. Telal (the host) was rude and dishonest. He gave us an apartment and didn't want to discuss any amendments. The furniture was dirty and not worthy. He promised to fix the main sofa which was broken but didn't do that. He promised to get us an extra bed for the children and that didn't happen. Our kids had to sleep on the broken sofa for the entire stay. The apartment was full of dust and we had to clean it to make sure that my son’s asthma didn't flare up. The bathroom was small and lacking a lot of essentials. There was no toilet papers. There was no shower screen and the water went everywhere when we took a shower. The towel rail was broken and placed randomly on the sink. The kitchen was not ideal. There were few utensils and few cups. We had to buy a pan to make food because the pan we found was rusty and dirty. The swimming pool was closed for half the time of our stay and the waterslide was not accessible for the entire stay. We had to go to Aqua Park faraway for a day to make it up for the kids. Overall, this was by far our worst booking for a holiday. We are really considering using Airbnb next time.

The host was lovely and very accommodating. The apartment was spacious and spotless. Had everything you needed.
