The house was advertised as having 4 beds but only had 2. Four men arrived to work for 5 days. Meaning one went home and 2 shared a double bed. I did complain but was told I was wrong. I informed booking.com who agreed with me. They now have changed the description to 2 beds. I tried to get some refund but was refused. No apology just very patronising. When we arrived there was slug trails all over the carpet. The first night we put the thermostat on but heating didn’t come on all night. We later found out the heating was switched off at the boiler
