"Comfortable flat in great location"

This is a small but comfortable and sunny flat, with a nice outlook. The building is very well maintained, with a lap pool and gym. For anyone going to events at Aotea Centre, it is perfectly located, and once I figured out that there is a foot passage to the CBD, everything I wanted was within walking distance. I thoroughly enjoyed my 4 day stay.
